Automation Error in Access 2003

My Access database has been working great until just
recently. Lately I've been getting an error that says:

Run-time error -2147024769
Automation error
The specified procedure could not be found

This error only occurs on my machine. When I try opening
the database from another machine I do not receive this
message. I've tried reloading Access and updating my MDAC
files without any luck. I also tried creating a new
database from scratch and I receive the same message
whenever a subprocedure is called (i.e. cmdButton_click,
form_load, etc.).
