Automation Error - the object has disconnected from its client

We have an application written in Visual Basic using
Office Word to print documents. After using the
application for a while and printing documents, the
customer will print a document and get an error message
with runtime error 2147417848 (80010108) CAISDOCGe2nDLL
the object has disconnected from its client.

Hi Adele,

The problem lies in your code rather than within the Word application.

You may want to post in one of the Word VBA newsgroups and include the
code generating the runtime error. Also include whether or not the
documents are stored locally or on a network drive, the os, network
os, and if using Windows NT whether or not the workstations are set to
AutoDisconnect.
