One of my users is getting the dreaded "automation error" message upon
attempting to open the userform in Word. This Word project is fairly old and
has been working great for 75 users on the same network for 3 years. Even
this same user was not getting any errors as recent as a week ago. What is
"unspecified automation error"? I need something to start with. Please help
me to identify possible reasons.
