AUTONUMBER PROBLEM

I AM USING ACCESS TABLE HAIVNG MORE THAN 15000 RECORDS AND I HAVE ID FIELD
AS AUTONUMBER
I HAVE A PROBLEM THAT WHEN I ADD NEW ROW IN THE TABLE ACCESS ADDS PREVIOUS
USED VALUE OF ID IN THE AUTONUMBER.I WANT THIS SHOULD BE UNIQUE.

WHAT SHOULD I DO.
IS THERE ANY PERMENANT SOLUTION FOR THIS.

You haven't given us much to go on, but IF you are using Access 2000,
and IF you are using an Append query to add the new record, see:
