AutoPopulate expression boxes when dropdown value changes

This is probably kicking a dead horse with the discussions I've seen on here
so far, but I can't seem to get the solutions to work. I've got a 2x2
non-repeating table. The upper-left is a dropdown that gets the "name" value
from an external xml sheet. The upper right is a date field. The bottom
left is an expression box for email and the bottom right is an expression box
for phone number. How can I get the expression boxes to automatically show
the email and phone number listed in the xml when the drop down for the name
is changed? The tutorial I'm working on said to use expression boxes, but if
it is wrong, please let me know.

I changed the fieldsfrom expression boxex to text boxes and now I can select
them as targets for the Action-Set a Field's Value. It works like a champ
now.
