I have autopreview turned on I tried to turn it off but every time I restart
the computer or the screen saver goes on autopreview turns back on. Is there
any way to turn it off so when I restart my computer restarts it does not
automatically turn on?

Dear Mark,

Thank you for posting here.

Based on my knowledge, once you have set a view for an Outlook folder, it
will be retained until you change it next time. According to your
description, I can see that although you turn off the AutoPreview feature,
the view is always returned when you restart Outlook. Per my test, it is
much possibly caused by corrupt Outlook View in your mailbox, and we can
try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue.

1. Quite Outlook first.
2. On the Start menu, click Run.
3. Input "Outlook /cleanviews" (without the quotation marks) and click OK.
4. After that, please verify whether the AutoPreview feature is off. If it
is turned on for specific Outlook folder, please turn off it.
5. Restart Outlook.

After that, please verify the issue and let me know the result. I am
looking forward to your reply. If there is anything unclear, feel free to
post back so that I can assist further. Thanks!
