autopreview

I have 3 accounts in Outlook; one is hotmail. In the
hotmail account, I have the settings set to autopreview
new mail, but it won't do it. It works for the other two
email accounts. I'm quite sure it used to work for
hotmail. Please help, it will be appreciated.
