Autopublish Project Plan when close Project in Project Professiona

I have following problem.
I need to log some work activity with some project plans. For example when
specifically project was open (and by who) / saved / closed (= check in /save
/check out activity) and publish activity (number of published / deleted
/...) tasks.
But I find strange behaviour in Project:

When you create new project in Project Proffessional and save it, the
project is automatically add to Project Server (the new project is
automatically publish – or more precisely the Project plan is published) – I
suppose it is corect behaviour.

When you add some new tasks and save the project only – no new tasks are
added to PWA – it is corect behaviour.

When you publish project plan (or all information) – new tasks are added to
PWA – it is corect behaviour.

When you add some new task and save project (but without publish) and close
the project in Project Proffessional, these new tasks are added to PWA (like
you use publish function) – I suppose that it is wrong behaviour!

Autopublish options in save I have turn off. (Colaborate - Colaborate
Options... - On every save, publish...)

Is it bug or correct behaviour of project?

Unfortunately, every behavior you describe is exactly how Project Server
works. Hope this helps.

Thanks Dale,

but so I dont understand "Publish project plan" function. I suppose, that I
can modify project plan but dont want to publish this information for other
people = publish project plan to PWA - just save project plan.

Or someone can add new tasks, save project only and the second one will
publish it - for to be owner of these tasks.
