Autorecover

I am using Excel 2002. In my xls file, I opened Tools-Options an
selected the Save tab. I have "Save AutoRecover info every" checke
with 5 mins and I have "Disable AutoRecover" under Workbook option
checked. When I open my xls file, it doesn't create a temporary fil
in the Save directory. This is ok because I don't want the AutoRecove
to work for this one xls file. However, I have one user telling me tha
the Autorecover is running for this xls file. Would it matter if he ha
Excel 2000 instead of Excel 2002

Please note the distinctions between "Autosave" and "Autorecovery" in my
previous posting.

Excel 2000 still retained the Autosave feature which is not the same as
AutoRecovery.

In Excel 2000 you can open Tools>Add-ins and checkmark the
Autosave add-in.
