Autoreply rule removing HTML from OFT template

I have a outlook rule to autoreply to certain messages. I created an
outlook template file (OFT) with the message I want to autoreply with.
Works fine except the receipient receives the message in plain text
with no HTML. The original message contains html formatting (bold,
backcolor, etc. but no pictures).

Any idea how to correct this?
