Autorun

Can anyone please tell me if there is a way to make autorun work in a Word
template (when Outook has been started first with Word as editor) ?

I have a shared template witch is placed in Word's startup folder. But if
Outlook has been started before Word, the Autorun function doesn't start.

Hope somebody can help me out.
