Autosave in MS Word

I am using MS Office 97 at work. What do I do in MS Word
in order to have my document save every 10 min. or so? I
did not see this function in the tool menu

That's because there isn't one.

In Word 2000 there is an add-in you can install from Macros.dot but
it's not available in any other version.

Where is Macros.dot, I can't find it in Office 2000 Professional.

FWIW, while it was a Word 2000 macro item, fortunately
that template is available for download for folks with
other versions
