Autosave not persisting

We are setting the Autosave option on a file.
It does not persist if we close and re-open

We are setting the Autosave option on a file.
It does not persist if we close and re-open

Autorecover (not auto-save, there is a big difference - check out what
auto-recover does) is an application level option, not file level i.e.
if autorecover is on then it's on for all files, its setting isn't
saved with a file.
