Autoshapes in Word 2000

I am trying to produce a simple logo using autoshapes. It consists of an
outer rectangle with three smaller rectangles situated inside it. Please
could someone tell me how to lock the four shapes together, so that when I
move or resize the outer rectangle, the three smaller ones move or resize
with it? Thanks for any help
