Autosignature will not turn off

We are running Windows XP/Office 2003 and I have a user who does not have an
autosignature set up at all but everytime she types a new message a signature
appears. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it? I tried creating a new
profile but it was still there. Thanks!

It's her full signature, name, company, address, phone number. She had set
one up a long time ago I think and deleted it soon thereafter. She doesn't
have any signature at all anymore in tools/options/mail format. Thanks!!

See if anything odd is floating around in this folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures

There wasn't. I've actually removed her profile from the computer completely
and the signature is still there. If I log into Outlook on her PC as myself,
her signature shows up. If I take Word out as the editor, the signature
disappears. But she would like to keep Word as her editor. Any suggestions?
Thanks!!

Hmmmm, one more shot in the dark... Load Email.DOT in Word and check if it's
got anything in it
