Autosize Listview Columns

Can anyone provide me with some advice on how to autosize a listview column?
I have inserted a listview control onto a form.

The code Randy Birch has in
http://vbnet.mvps.org/code/comctl/lvcolumnautosize.htm works in Access.

Obligatory Warning: Randy's site is aimed at VB programmers. There are
somewhat significant differences in the controls available for forms in VB
and those in Access, so some of his examples don't port directly into
Access. This particular one, I believe, requires no changes to make it work
in Access though.
