autotext and autocomplete

What would be the easiest and best way to add Trademarks
and Specific phrases for a company? Can Trademarks be in
a .dic file or does it have to be in the autotext list?

A .dic file is a custom dictionary. It has nothing to do with either
AutoText or AutoCorrect, only with whether or not the trademark is marked as
misspelled. AutoCorrect is easier to use but can cause problems if you make
a careless choice of the text to be replaced. See
