Hello,
I've been struggling with Word and Outlook for this
problem and said to myself the Newsgroup is my last
resort.
I'm using Word in Outlook to write messages in html. As
most of us are quite lazy, the use of Autotext makes
tedious and recurrent paragraphs typed by Autotext a
pleasure in sending email.
The problem is (which does not occur in Office 2000), a
saved Autotext when recalled in Outlook and using Word as
editor, crashes Word completely when one tries to edit
the generated Autotext.
The same does not occur when the Autotext generated in a
plain text email.
Is this a bug in Outlook / Word, unable to generate
Autotext / editing it correctly as in Office 2000?
Thank you for your help.
