Autotext deleted

Hi

I am following the instructions regarding Autotext and signatures from the
Microsoft website, however have stumbled onto a problem here:

Add your form letters to the Letters menu
In the Customize dialog box, click the Commands tab.
In the Categories box, click AutoText.
Drag the AutoText entries one at a time from the Commands box to the Letters
menu on the Sales Tools toolbar.

When I go to the Categories box, there is no AutoText to click!! I think
perhaps someone deleted it (its a work computer). Can anyone help me here
with this frustrating problem?

AutoText is a Word feature so you must be using Word as the e-mail editor in
order to get it to work.

Hmm, sadly they instruct you to turn off Word as the emal editor in this
case, so I don't think that's the problem. I just need to know how to put
AutoText back as an option in the Category section.

Hi Mel,

The document states to turn on Word as the e-mail editor as well;
"Important To use a custom toolbar with Outlook, you must be using Word as
your e-mail editor."

Regards,
