Autotext entries do not show as you type in Word 2007, why?

In Word 2003, when you typed something that was is Autotext, a box hovered
above the word to show there was an entry and you hit F3 to enter the text.
In Word 2007, this does not appear so I don't know if there is an entry (I
use it to store addresses - lots of them). Does anyone know how to get this
box to show?

In Word 2007, AutoComplete suggestions are no longer supported for AutoText.
What you can do is type the name of the AutoText and then press F3 to insert
it manually. Alternatively, you may want to make use of AutoCorrect entries
instead.

Thank you for your quick response - very helpful. I should have asked sooner
- it would have saved me time looking for a setting. Its a great shame
this function is no longer available - it was extremely useful and makes
autotext much less useful. Any chance this function could be put back? I
tried Autocorrect but it does not give you a choice about adding the text.

AutoComplete was removed when the AutoText feature was expanded into
Building Blocks (with the greater complexity involved). Maybe it will return
in the future; I don't know.

Note that if you want to cancel an autocorrection, just press Ctrl+Z to Undo
it.
