Autotext Entries & Style

Word 2003 on Windows XP

The available autotext entries listed in the menu option Insert/
Autotext/...are based on the current style of the paragraph, correct?
Keep in mind, I'm not speaking of the Autotext dialog in Insert/
Autotext/Autotext, but the different options there under.

I have two users, who both have access to the autotext entries in
question via the autotext entry dialog, but one user does not have the
entries listed (more conveniently) just under the Insert/Autotext menu
option.

Thoughts?
