AutoText file ?

The MS Word 2000 custom dictionary is stored under \Application
Data\Microsoft\Proof in Win2k.

But where are the AutoComplete/AutoText entries being saved? Is it in a file
somewhere, that could be edited by a script?

We're trying to get rid of a misspelled entry that's present on all the
deployed Win2K PCs.

Autotext entries are part of a template, usually normal.dot

From the menu bar select Tools | Templates and Addins | Organizer

You can delete, copy autotext from other templates with the Organizer.
