Autotext for multiple users

Is there a way to have the same autotext for multiple
users and be able to edit the autotext for everyone, ie If
one person edits a copy of the template it updates it for
everyone using the template?

Place them in a folder on a network drive, and point to this
as the location for Workgroup templates in Tools/Options/File
locations is about the only way. You might run into problems
with updating the AutoText if more than one user is working
with a document linked to the template at the same time,
though.
