AUTOTEXT FREEZE AND CRASH

I create a new document template (.dot). I then wish to
import into it, autotexts available in another template.
I open Tools/Templates and Addins/Organiser. I browse to
locate the template with the autotexts, highlight the
autotexts I want copied over, click Copy and ..... ...
FREEZE CRASH.

I can copy over Styles, but not the Autotexts.

Sending error message to Microsoft and following up the
link gets me no solution.

HELP!
