autotext in template isn't working

I've created a template at home which includes autotext
entries. The template is named reports.dot and I have
given copies of the template to colleagues. The autotext
entries don't work on their computers even though when I
go to style organizer it is clear on my computer that they
are a part of the template.Can you help, please

You're sure that the AutoText entries were specifically saved in reports.dot
and not in Normal.dot? Unless you change the "Look in" setting in the
AutoText dialog, AT entries are saved in Normal.dot.
