autotext menu entries missing

We one workstation, out of ten(WinXP Pro w/ Office XP
Small Business), that keeps losing the autotext menu
options in Outlook XP. If we open the
autotext "AutoCorrect in Email" window, they show up in
the list, but not the pulldown menu from
the "Insert/Autotext" menu. We have deleted the
Normal.dot template file several times and it works OK
for a few days, but then the autotext list options
disappear again.

any suggestions ?
