Autotext question

V

vrs1

I have Word 2002 with MS Access and Excel.

I have hundreds of mailing addresses stored in Autotext. Is there a way to
convert the Autotext file(?) or entries into a mailing list such as a .csv or
something similar so I can import it into Access or another program?

I would like to print labels of all my Autotext entries without having to
manually insert each address. Or even use them in a mail merge somehow?

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks.

You might try the AutoTextDumper utility available from Word MVP Jay
Freedman's website http://jay-freedman.info/ . The utility puts the
contents of your AutoText into a Word document. You might need to do a
bit of rearranging to get it into a tab- or comma-delimited format, and
then save as a text file.
