In Office 2003, Outlook used the autotext from Word. You create an autotext
entry in Word and it was available in Outlook.
I have now migrated to Office 2007, however the autotext from 2007 (now in a
tab called “Quick Partsâ€) does appear in Outlook. Upon further
investigation, saving anything in the various “Quick Parts†locations still
does not make them available to Outlook.
My question is: How do I tell Outlook to go look in the Word Quick Parts
locations for the autotext features I need?
