Autotext/Signatur in Outlook 2003

Hi

I have a customer that uses Outlook 2003 and he has created a HTML
autotext/signatur that is inserted into every mail. It contains his signatur
and a company logo.
If he generates a .PDF file and chooses to send it as an mail, a new mail is
opened with the .PDF included as a attached file but the signatur is not
inserted. He can then insert the signatur manually but is there a way to do
it automatic???
