Autotext suggestion not working

I have created quite a few autotext and now I'm not getting any of the pop-up
suggestions. All the settings I can think are correct, Show Autotext
Entries. The F3 key works, but I don't want to have to press F3 - I want it
to be a pop-up. How do I get that to work again.
