Hi,
We have just upgraded from Office 2003 to 2007. We used autotext a lot. I
understand that autotext is now under building blocks. Here is what we need.
We have a documet called sales quote.dot on a network drive. We use the
template for quotes it has autotext in it we use as boilerplates.
What is the best way to share this to the sales team and have everyone be
using the same copy (version).
Also when we make changes to the template and autotext that it gets updated
on network copy.
Also we were noticing that if we have an autotext entry titled FM-35 and we
go and change it.
We now have a FM-35 and a FM-35 1?
What's up?
Thanks
