1. Can Word 2002's Autotext feature insert formatted text and
graphics? Are there certain types of text/images/formatting that it
cannot handle?
2. Is Autotext the only type of "glossary" feature in WdXP?

Autotext can insert formatted text and graphics - so can autocorrect. I am
not sure what you mean by your second question.
