AutoTextList Change

I have been using an AutoTextList that I created some time ago with help from
this community, Thank you. I now need to change/edit two of the options in
the list. When I redefine the AutoText entry, it disappears from my
AutoTextList of choices. Also the formatting style created for this
AutoTextList does not appear in the list of formatting styles.

I'll take a deep breath and wait for help from anyone. Thank you.

You can create a style with the same name used in the AutoTextList
field code. It doesn't have to have any particular formatting; only
the name is important. Apply that style to the new material and then
make the new AutoText entry. After that you could even delete the
style (it sounds like you did that the first time).
