Diane, thanks for responding. I think I got it figured out late friday
afternoon. I believe I was comparing apples and oranges. I was checking
several different pc's and each one had Office 2007 on them, just like
mine.
There were definite differences between mine and all the others with the
exception of one and his looked exactly like mine. I made a phone call to
our network admin group and the majority of our workforce is on Exchange
2003. But me, (a trainer) my supervisor, and a few others are on Exchange
2007; we are testing it before it will be pushed out. That apparently is
where all the differences lie. I do have the suggested times boxes on the
right as you described, but what was thowing me was the autopick button in
the lower left corner referenced in the book. I did find an autopick
button
but you had to click the "Plan a Meeting" button in Calendars Advanced
Toolbar. The screen was similar to that same reference book. That by the
way is the Step by Step Office Outlook 2007 book, I am using it to ensure
accuracy for my video training projects. Obviously it is based on
Exchange
2003, please tell me I am right about that.
Again, thanks for the response and I really appreciate your help now as

if you have exchange and don't see the suggested times window on the
right,
what version of exchange do you connect to? how large is the window? If
the
window isn't big enough, you may not see it on the right side.
