Availability at 0hrs although I know all time isn't scheduled

Any obvious reason why a particular resource would be showing 0h
availability for a several month period when others are not if you are
certain that this person is not booked 100% during that time period?

Thanks,

A couple of causes:

1. Nonworking time on the resource's calendar in the Enterprise Resource
Pool.
2. Availability information sent incorrectly to 0% in the Resource
Availablility section of the General page of the Resource Information dialog
for the resource in the Enterprise Resource Pool.

Hope this helps.

Hi Dale,

I'm having a similar problem, and just added a new post. All of my
resources are showing 0 availability for several months. The resource
calendar is set to use "default time", and the resources are set at 100%
availability in the General Tab.

Any other thoughts?

Dale, the strange thing is that its actually ME who is showing 0h
available while everyone else is not 0.

Dale,
I don't have any non-working exceptions listed and I'm set at 100%
capacity in the pool. As I said earlier, I'm the only one (the user
logged on) who show 0h available for many months. Everyone else shows
hours available. I think the View Availability chart in PWA is
correct though. This is the TEAM BUILDER dialog box I'm speaking of.
Thanks
Andy
