Availability of Office 2003 SP2 in UK

I would like to get the 2K3 SP2 on CD and I have tried the link below
suggested in a previous post on the 27/2/06. It seems that it is only
available in the US and Canada. Is this right or am I missing something?

If it is right, when will it be available in the UK?

Outside of US/Canada, the MS subsidiaries pretty much decide how they'll make the updates available other than as downloads. You
may want to contact the folks at Microsoft UK for availability of the Office 2003 SP2 patch CD.

For previous updates they have provided the CDs but it was a phone only order.
You may also find the Office UK newsletter from Microsoft to include the information as well on this an other updates.
