Hi,
We have Outlook 2003 and an Exchange Server 2003. We have our calendaring
options preset permanently on our server (I believe) for 12 months in
advance. It was originally 3 months but then they reset it to 12 months.
Our users cannot alter this in their Calendar Options. It is grayed out.
The problem is that when we set it to 12 months in advance it doesn't seem
like all of the users received it - we now cannot see the availability of
some of our users when we want to schedule a meeting. We noticed this earlier
this summer - we had a user and a resource whose availability was not
available after September 1st -this has resolved itself but new ones have
cropped up recently this month. There availbility shows 'info not available'
for any dates after August 1st. We double checked and triple checked the
settings on their Outlook clients - it's grayed out. We have checked our
settings in AD.
We are not sure where else to look. Any info would be appreciated.
Thank you,
