Are you using MPS 2003 or 2007? In 2003 you need to add it in the Enterprise
Global Template (In Project Professional 2003 client, go Tools -> Enterprise
Options -> Backup Enterprise Global (this backs up the Enterprise Global
Template so if it all goes wrong you can restore it back - ALWAYS do this -
I've had heaps of issues with corruption!) then go Tools-> Enterprise
Options -> Open Enterprise Global. Once it opens, then you can add/edit the
custom fields via tools-> Customize -> Enterprise Fields. see here ...
