Available Hours not reflected in the Portfolio Analyzer cube

I have a few resources who do NOT show any available hours. I've double
checked their calendars and everything looks correct. They don't have any
dates in the Resource Available dates (but neither do the rest of the
resources). By default they should be available, correct? I tried updating
any field for the resource to see if this would help. Any other suggestions?

Have the resources been assigned to a task in any project?

Have the resources been added to the project team on a project?

Have any of these projects been published?

Try adding one of these resources to a project, assign them to a
task,republish and rebuild the cube.

It been a while, but I'm not sure you actually need to assign them
to a task.

Yes, the resources have been assigned to projects and they've been published.
They show work and actual work. It's the availability that is not showing.

Is there anything different about the resources that don't seem to be working?

By any chance are they Generic resources?

No, they're not Generic but regular Active resources. No, I do see anything
different about them. I saw this before and just updated the resource
information in the Enterprise Resource Pool and that seem to force the
availability into the cube. But, this time it's not helping. Do you think I
should try removing and recreating the cube?

You haven't mentioned yet whether you checked that the resources' Max Units
are greater than 0%.

Yes, the resources max units are set to 100%

I still don't have this issue resolved and am quite stumped. Anyone have any
