Hi
I've just converted to the Mac, and have Office 2004. In the 'Styles'
section of the formatting palette, how can I set up which Styles are
available for use? I know that this functionality is there, because the
'List' option allows you to select 'Available Styles' - but I just can't
work out how to specify in a template which styles I want to show.
In Office 2003 (PC) it was really easy, just a case of ticking boxes on a
list, to specify what showed in available styles and the templates created
in that behave as expected on my Mac in terms of what styles are shown and
allowed. Office 2003 also had options as to whether those were the *only*
styles allowed or whether users could change formatting if desired.
Am I just missing an obvious option here? I couldn't find anything in the
Help files or on Google.
Thanks
Calvin
