PL ADVISE ANY ONE HOW TO GET AVARAGE TIME OF THE THREE TIMEINGS

Assuming the below

A1:A10 = Start Date
B1:B10 = End Date
C1 with the formula (=B1-A1) custom formatted with dd:hh:mm:ss

the average would be =AVERAGE(C1:C10)
