Avatar/Picture

I am trying to add an avatar or picture to my email reciept.

I.E. when somone recieves an e-mail from me, my avatar or picture is to the
right of my reciept information.

You cannot control the email client of your recipient. You can do it the
other way around. With Outlook 2007 you can assign your contact a display
picture which is being shown on the place you pointed out when you receive a
message from that contact.
