Avaya Message manager launches Office 2003 installer

I have a machine with the following behaviour that I would like to
correct. Whenever a program called Avaya Message Manager (client
software for voice mail) is launched it starts the Office 2003
installer. The installer runs several time and then stops. After it
stops the Message manager program finally starts. Office runs
normally. Here is what I have learned. If a person is Admin this
doesn't happen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both programs with
no success.

When this happens... please check the eventvwr... it should give a clue as to
why office is trying to reconfigure.
