[Help ! - COM-ADDIN]

Hi

I am hoping someone can help ...

I have created a COM-Addin as trusted and use this in my
visual basic external executeable to send mail so that we
do not get any annoying security prompts popping up. When
outlook is running this works fine. But if outlook is not
running you get an error message "Object Variable or
withblock variable not set". I have tried kicking of
outlook in the vb application but its like its not loading
the com-addin or not initializing them as when debuggin
the vb application i check and its not getting the com-
addin object as it is nothing when i check. But if outlook
is running the object is set properly.

Does anyone know about this or what has to be done if you
want to kick of outlook and get it to see the Com-addin ???

Please help as i have tried and tried and can not get this
to work.
