Average function and autofill (NEED HELP)

I need to average every 15 rows of a particular data set and I want to
use the autofill feature. The problem is that when I drag the cell to
copy the formula down it does not recognize that I want every 15 rows.
For example, I have the formula =average(a1:a15), then I drag the cell
to copy and then in the next cell excel gives me =average(a2:a16) when
what I want is =average(a16:a30). Does anyone know how to do this
without having to manually program every cell? I have a long list of
data and that would be particularly annoying... Thanks in advance for
any help
