Hi all.
Working with quite a large amount of data which I have to condense fro
2-3 second intervals into half hour averages. The timestamp is in colum
1 with the form HH:MM:SS AM/PM (e.g 12:00:03 AM) and data of interes
is in column 2.
Only problem is that as it is an odd time interval, the half hou
recording is not always the same time after the end of that period (e.g
not always 12:00:00, 12:30:00, 1:00:00 etc but rather say 12:00:03
12:30:01, 1:00:02 etc)
Any ideas?
