Averaging times

I have spreadsheets with a column for flight arrival times.
I'm trying to get the average flight arrival time for
vairous flights.
Unfortunately, the column is formatted a text.
Does anyone know how to average thesetimes ?

if time is in A1, A2, A2 use:
=AVERAGE(TIME(A1),TIME(A2),TIME(A3))

Sierra,

Depending on how the time is entered, the TIMEVALUE may enable you to
convert the times to values, which could then be averaged.
