avery 5418 labels do not show up in list

I have been trying to merge an excel file with the 5418 template I downloaded
from the Microsoft download sight. When I setup the merge I choose mailing
labels, but there is no selection for 5418 labels. It seems all the other
labels are there except the one I want. I created a custom label with all
the dimensions of the labels I want but it will not print correctly. It is
either too high or too low on the label. I cannot get the printing centered
in the label. Any suggestions?

If you created the custom label with ALL the correct dimensions, it should
work.
