Avery CD Label - Template for 5696

Does anyone know of a template in Publisher for Avery CD Labels 5696 (or
Avery template 8696 in Avery DesignPro).

Avery has blank templates, they are for Word. Download the template to Word, select
all, paste into Publisher. If you apply a line you will be able to see the template.
