Avery Label Wizard problem

I use Avery Label Wizard with my Word 2002 software and I can type a label just fine, but when I'm finished, the labels only turn out with the first 3 lines of normal text in normal font and the 4th line is 1pt font, therefore showing incomplete address labels. How can I correct this default action? Thank you.

Use Tools | Envelopes and Labels instead of the Avery add-in, which is buggy
in all versions.
